QQ 通訊錄 vs Gmail Contacts 之間不能完全互通，有些訊息會消失，還是分開處理比較穩妥。無論用Excel或CSV也有問題.

Two set of contacts is good, 互補不足, one set with simplified Chinese and PIN YIN to be used in Mainland, another with HK style to be used in HK.
Cannot add Chinese full name to Surname of QQ Phonebook, if not the full name cannot be auomatically formatted on phone, so it is better to put the Chinese full in the nickname box.
Gmail contacts cannot be updated to phone if it has been updated within a unknown period, in this moment, QQ Phonebook can be very critical to help maintaining a phonebook on the Android phone, also as a backup contact list.
QQ Phonebook is still unstable, some information will loss when sync data to phone, not all contacts have the same situation, some contacts will loss some information, this time you can snc teh data but next time you loss some.
Seems ssing the "restore contacts" function on Gmail contacts can trigger the flow of contacts data from Gmail server to phone.
One person can has many identities, say Jacky CHAN is known as 成龍 in Hong Kong, his name in simplified Chinese is 成龙, in Pinyin is CHENG Long, and in Korean is 성룡, how to record all his identities in phone-book? If I use one contact in each language, then there will many contacts in my phone and there will be a lot data duplication. Also the function to remove duplication will be confused.
To store one person in one contact is logical but the technology can not do it yet.
Seems Android‘s phonebook when found Chinese in the surname, it will put the surname ahead of given name.
騰訊手機管家 for Android can output contacts to Xml and Outlook format
For outlook format it said it cannot keep some data, can the Xml format keep all data? Especially the thumbnail image:

The number of contacts imported is different to my Gmail contacts, I have 727 on Gmail but QQ imported only 411:
